Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of receipt of item/s and we will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item/s and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Please first email us a 'Request to Return' within 15 days from receipt of items to reachus@notsameequal.com
with your order number and the item/s you wish to return. Once we send you a confirmation, please mail your product back to the address specified in the confirmation email.
Once returns are received and accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Not Same, Equal. will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only ready-made items may be refunded, unfortunately, made-to-order items such as textiles, cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at reachus@notsameequal.com
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
To exchange an item please email us at reachus@notsameequal.com, and upon our confirmation send your item to the address specified in the confirmation email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
